How to add photos to your wedding website

Photos do most of the work on a wedding website — they set the mood before anyone reads a word. Every image lives in your media library first, then gets placed into sections.

How to add photos

  1. Open your wedding in the editor.
  2. Open the Media panel on the left side of the studio.
  3. Upload your photos — one at a time or several at once.
  4. Pick a section that shows images, like the hero or the gallery, and choose them from the library.
  5. Reorder or replace photos at any time; the public site updates when you publish.

Note: What guests see

Keep the photo selection guest-friendly — the hero and gallery are the first things people see when your website loads.

The theme's colors and fonts frame the photos, so changing the theme can make the same images feel like a different wedding entirely.

If you keep your website private with a passcode, only guests with the code can see the photos — a comfortable way to share engagement and rehearsal pictures.
